Paid Memberships

When creating a paid membership, you must first add the membership as a product so that you can add it to a checkout form to sell it.

Creating a membership product

When creating a membership product, it's important to select the product term 'Membership' This will enable you to allocate your membership groups to products.

You first need to create a Membership Group before you can do this.

Go to your store tab and select the products tab. Add a new product and select 'Membership'.

A members group tab will be displayed when creating your 'membership product'.

By pressing select, a new pop-out window is displayed. Here, you can choose the specific membership group you want to be allocated to that product purchase.

Note: You can select more than one membership group.

How To Sell Your Membership

Create a Checkout Form

If creating specific pages for your membership products, you can add them directly to a checkout widget. You can even add multiple membership products. Either allowing the customer to select which membership they require - or stacking your membership products, creating somewhat of a bundle.

Once the checkout form is added to your page, go to 'Products' >> '+ Select Product'.

Then select the membership that you created (or multiple memberships) and confirm.

This will then add your membership(s) to your form.

Redirect or Thank You Page

Once the customer purchases your membership product, you can either redirect them to the membership area or display a custom thank you page.

Allow Registration

Also, remember to select the option 'Enable Customer Registrations' in the form settings to allow a user to create their login details for the membership.

Note: Once the purchase has been completed, the customer will receive a system-generated email containing their membership details and a button directing them to their membership management area.

The form will display the memberships that you added and will allow the user to create their own account, as seen in the image below. You are now ready to start selling your membership.
