Select the "Anchor Point" option.
Select your "Page Group".
Then select the specific "Page" where the anchor point is.
Then select the specific "Anchor Point" you want to link to.
Select if you want it to open in the "Same Tab" or a "New Tab"
Hit the "Select" button and it will save your link.
