Here is the information on the recent change to the way we calculate sender reputation in the Email Marketing module. More specifically, we've increased our Bounce and Complaint (Spam) rate thresholds. The new limits are as follows:

Bounce rate: 8% (up from 5%)

Spam / Complaint rate: 0.3% (up from 0.1%)

With this change, we are becoming a bit less strict, which will reduce your risk of being put into review.

As always, sending quality emails to clean and warm email lists is the best way to ensure the best deliverability and engagement from your customers. We continue to monitor all email-sending activity with our industry-leading monitoring system to ensure abuse prevention and the safety of all our customers.
