Website Chat Support

The chat widget is located in the lower right hand corner of the Stacklii website and inside the builder area.

Our support staff might not always be online so please be patient if it takes a bit longer to respond to your questions.

When Online

When one of our support agents are online, you will be able to start a live chat and the agent will respond live to you within a few minutes. It might take up to 60 minutes in peak periods.

When Offline

If there are no support agents online, you will have the option to submit a ticket that will convert your message to email. The support agents will then continue communication via email.
