How You Can Reset A Password For Your Users

To reset a password for your user/member/student:

1. Navigate to Contacts and search for the user.

2. Click on the contact's name to open their profile.

1. Either click on the three dots and select "Reset Member Password" OR select the "Reset Password" button at the bottom of the page.

The contact will now receive an email with a link and steps they can follow to set a new password, and then they can log in.

How A User Can Reset Their Own Password

If a user or members of your website cannot remember their own password or need to reset it, they can navigate to your-website-name.com/signin. On this page, they can select "Forgot Password?" and follow the steps to reset their password.
