Discussions are chat threads similar to what you get in platforms like Slack.
From the Community section of your widget menu, drag the "Discussion" widget into where you want it on your page.
In the Discussion widget settings, you can:
Select what kind of discussion board you want to display:
Multiple Channels
Single Channels
Change the View Style
Name the Board
Add and edit Chat Channels (Threads)
An admin can moderate all chats and threads. Learn more at Moderation
